研究组介绍
利用分子遗传学手段研究资源植物中的基因资源及其利用。目前聚焦的资源植物有江西东乡野生稻和穇子。前者主要聚焦耐冷功能基因挖掘来培育苗期耐倒春寒及灌浆期耐寒露风的双季稻新品种,帮助解决粮食安全的问题;后者主要是聚焦营养品质和产量提高等。这两种资源植物都有自己的栽培品种和野生近缘种。野生稻本事是水稻的野生近缘种,牛筋草是穇子的野生近缘种。本组的研究方向还会涉及到野生近缘种到栽培种的驯化过程中的各种科学问题。

储昭庆,博士,研究员,南昌大学和江西农业大学兼职博士生导师。九三学社社员。中国科学院植物生理生态研究所分子遗传学博士。毕业后赴新加坡,先后在新加坡分子农业研究所、淡马锡生命科学研究所,新加坡基因组研究所,新加坡国立大学药学院生物化学系及癌症科学研究所工作。回国后在上海辰山植物园/中国科学院上海辰山植物科学研究中心成立植物抗逆与分子进化研究组,担任组长。发表研究论文近40篇,其中CSI收录近30篇;获得授权专利两项。其中一项获得上海市优秀发明选拔赛职工技术创新银奖。主持九江市“双百双千”高精尖人才引领计划(创新类)、江西省“双百双千”创新领军人才长期项目(自然科学类)、科学院/国家留学基金委/上海市等各类课题十余项。中组部团中央第十七批博士服务团成员,曾挂职江西农业大学校长助理。
